The independent production Papers Please, which debuted in 2013, was highly appreciated by the gamers who played it at the time it was released. The game is currently playable on PC and Playstation Vita. The developer of the game, Lucas Pope, recently announced that the game will come to mobile devices.
For those who don’t know, in the game where you work as a border officer in a fictional country called Arstotzka in 1982, you are responsible for examining the documents of immigrants who want to enter Arstotzka. In the game, players face many moral problems and they can encounter more than 20 different endings.
When will Papers Please arrive on mobile?
Lucas Pope announced on his personal Twitter account that Papers Please is coming to mobile devices on August 5. He jokingly said that the console version will also be released in 2031.

Pope has a bad track record of spending time on the game, given that the game has been on PC since 2013 and PlayStation Vita since 2017.
The release date of the Papers Please mobile version must have been chosen carefully as it is very close to the game’s release date for Windows and Mac on August 8, 2013.
