  1. Visit the official website of MP land records. 
  2. You will land on a page that contains a digital map of districts of MP. Click on the concerned district to view further details.
  3. On the next page that opens, select the district from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select the following details from their respective drop-down menus – 
    1. Tehsil
    2. Village
  5. Click on the relevant buttons next to Khata or Khasra number depending on what information you have.
  6. Select your Khata or Khasra from the next drop-down menu that appears.
  7. Enter verification captcha and click on ‘View Details’.

Details for the selected property will be presented in a tabular format. Click on the ‘View’ button next to Khasra or Map to view the respective information.

How to view documents related to MP land records?

With the digitization of land records for the state of MP, individuals can easily view maps, khasra, and Khatami in a few simple steps:

Step 1: Visit the official MP Bhulekh website. 

Step 2: Click on the appropriate option to go to the Free Services page. Click on Khasra B-1 map option.

Step 3: Locate your district from the drop-down menu to proceed to further options.

Step 4: Select your Tehsil and Village from the respective drop-down menus.

Step 5: Next, you will find three buttons, click on any one of the following depending on your requirements – 

  • Bhu swami
  • Khasra number
  • Khata number

Step 6: Select the sub-option from the next drop-down menu that appears.

Step 7: Fill in the captcha verification code.

Step 8: Click on the view details button to see the map based on the selected Khasra or Khata number.

While individuals can see details on the online portal for free, downloading the same might require applicants to log into their official accounts.
