Bhulekh Land Record To develop a centralized land record management system, the government of India launched the Digital India Land Record Modernisation Programme (DILRMP) in 2008. The program aims to digitize and modernize the system of maintaining land records.

Land records are vital to establish ownership of the concerned property. Also, when applying for credit lines like home loans, lenders may ask for land documents to verify whether the property is registered under Bhu-swami or not.
Thus, applicants should know the list of all documents needed to avail of a home loan.
However, one can easily bypass this lengthy process by approaching a lender that extends pre-approved offers to expedite the loan application process. Such offers are available on financial products like home loans and loans against property. You can check your pre-approved offer by entering a few essential details like your name and contact information.
Bhulekh’s online portal has provided a quick and hassle-free way of accessing MP land records. However, individuals accessing land records to avail of a housing loan should find out why lenders may reject a home loan application. This will allow them to avoid such circumstances and secure loan approval seamlessly.
